Rogier Wijn, partner

Rogier has practised as a lawyer for over 20 years. He is sharp-witted and relentless and thinks in terms of practical solutions. Rogier is a partner of the firm and specializes in insolvency and business law. 

His clients are entrepreneurs who are in difficulty, or could face difficulty, and who are or have been involved in shareholder disputes or court proceedings.

Rogier is also a receiver in insolvency proceedings and moratoria.

Rogier is a member of the Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD), gives courses in his field, and is a regular author of articles published in the Receivers Journal (Tijdschrift voor Curatoren).
