Bob Gasseling, partner

Bob is a partner of the firm. He practises in employment law and represents employers (small, medium sized and large enterprises), employees, and works councils.

Bob began his legal career in 1987 with a medium-sized law firm in Rotterdam. As his career has progressed he has become proficient in corporate law in a broad sense. He advises clients on, for example, entering into contracts, acts on their behalf in the purchase or sale of enterprises, and represents shareholders in disputes between themselves and with the company. Bob has a great deal of experience in litigation.

Bob has successfully completed a postgraduate course in employment law and is a member of the Netherlands Association of Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association (VRAA). He is also active in several social issues.
