Tamara Estirado Fontalba, lawyer

Tamara Estirado joined De Bok in November 2025 and specializes in employment law and contract law.

Since 2020, Tamara has acquired extensive experience in labor, contract, and procedural law. She represents clients in labor disputes, such as dismissal and reintegration cases, and advises them on matters concerning contracts and liability.

Her clients know her as a pragmatic and committed lawyer with a hands-on mentality. They appreciate her solution-oriented approach as well as her ability to think on her feet. Additionally, she is bilingual in Dutch and Spanish.

Tamara is also a member of the Rotterdam Employment Lawyers Association (VRAA).
