Anton Beneder, partner

Anton is principally engaged in corporate law generally, in insolvency practice and sports law. He has been a partner in the firm since 1 July 2022.

Anton graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam (private law, criminal law, and criminology), and in 2015 began his professional career with De Bok.

In the past years Anton has developed as an all-rounder in corporate law. He has wide experience in conducting transactions (company acquisitions), advising on matters relating to commercial contracts and disputes (the judicial system and arbitration) and is regularly appointed as receiver in insolvency proceedings before the District Court of Rotterdam.

Anton is a sports enthusiast. In 2020, partly due to his passion for sports, he completed a specialist course in Sports Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Since then, he has also practised in the field of sports law.

Since March 2022 Anton has been on the executive board of JCA International, an international network of law firms specialised in business and corporate law.
