Nils Beukers, senior lawyer

Nils joined De Bok as a lawyer in 2018 and is primarily involved in corporate law in a broad sense, contracts, mergers and acquisitions. Nils obtained his masters degrees in Corporate Law and International Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and advises clients in cases from both a legal and an economic perspective. In the spring of 2022 Nils successfully completed the postgraduate specialisation course in Contracting at the University of Leiden.

Nils advises and represents clients in matters including corporate governance and shareholder disputes, and shareholder and other transactions. He also advises on contracts in various fields, such as shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.
